The model constitutes the foundational architecture of podcasting and there is a need to organize and use a Schools Podcast Platform for an obvious direction of Kiswahili communication skills as a tool of well-developed language resource. Podcast production, streaming medium, traditional radio and participatory media practice are set to be motivations of English and Kiswahili language. Our podcast medium thus provides a focal point for re-tooling, mentorships, knowhow exchange, alertness and examination. This is in order to communicate results and achieve the acceleration of Sustainable Development Goals (Goal 5 targets) and be able to focus on the disciplines of specific language skillsets. The ideal SMART Model can only succeed if the skillsets are set to achieve the maximum depending on some conceptualization that is rooted in the linguistic resources. Using the
Swahili podcast medium and communicating results of adding-value to language makes learners understands best ways and means of moving towards while answering Kiswahili questions. The concrete steps suggested in this SMART Model is the use Kiswahili as a springboard in Schools endeavor to develop scientific talent-oriented interventions and start putting emphasis on language planning.
