Resource Skillsets. The sought-after skillsets include – linguistic skills, Podcast
Skillsets Studies, and knowledge based skills.
Skill-sets refer to impactful skills and abilities that significantly contribute to positive outcomes. They encompass a wide range of competencies, including creativity, adaptability, and critical thinking all of which are vital for success and guidance in applying various creative and innovative endeavors. In the Course skillsets are developed through innovation orientation education, creative experience mentorships and competencies. It introduces early grade readers, learners, educators to re-tooling in participatory approaches adding value to languages, skills development and technical innovations. It further
explores the contextual factors and conditions that can influence relationships between language and
development, as well as the potential to accelerate the two tenets of the SMART Model – The major tenet is persuaded by adding value to English language for it to be a better tool for transfer of scientific knowledge and technological innovations; the second tenet is the schools role of Swahili language which
require the adaptation of the “Lungha ya Watu Wote Afrika Mashariki” (“The Swahili as a Language of All African People”), guided by Copenhagen University Denmark –Centre of African Studies.

By passion, Mumbi is a performing spoken world poet and a luminary in the poetry scene in East Africa and Denmark. Beyond, Swahili has a presence in Denmark primarily through language learning, cultural events and Swahili festivals shaping the learners’ understanding of Podcasting and Apple Podcasts in the
context of SMART Model. The KRBU School of MIND – Be Peace Africa “Swahili” Podcast is characterized as a super niche, experimental, and a medium with obligation to Swahili and English speaking centers, cooperatives and communities. Thus, jointly equip learners with knowledge skills application and
linguistic skills in practicing Podcasting participatory methodologies and or tools, skills in
knowledge publication and assessing the practice of Memory Alert Testing (MAT), creativity skills management, podcast library use and the skillsets re-tooling training.
